The Council seeks to have at least 2 representatives from all countries in the Asia-Pacific region, and to have representation for at least 2 of the following 4 work environments for each country or area:
- Government
Government or government health technology assessment organizations or technology decision-making groups
- Academia
Academic institutions involved in medical device or diagnostics technology assessment
- Non-academic Research Institutions
Including contract research organization
- Hospital
Hospital/hospital systems
