• Each podium presentation is allotted 15 minutes. You will have 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions and discussion. It is important that you do not exceed your allotted time.
• Presenters are required to bring handouts of their presentation. It is suggested that you bring about 200 copies.
• Your podium presentation has been grouped with other presentations of similar content. During your presentation you are encouraged to highlight aspects of your presentation that are consistent with the title of your session.
• See the attached confirmation letter for the date and time of your podium presentation. When you arrive at the congress, please consult the program brochure in your registration packet to confirm the exact time and location.

VISUAL PRESENTATION

• ALL PODIUM PRESENTATIONS WILL BE COMPUTER-GENERATED LCD PROJECTION
• Each session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, laptop computer and screen. Please email your completed slide presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint (2000 or earlier) to dklim@ispor.org NO LATER THAN MONDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2006. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DEADLINE. 
• Your presentation will be loaded and opened for you when you arrive at the session.
• 35mm slide projection will NOT be allowed.
• Please arrive in your session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins to familiarize yourself with the AV equipment and introduce yourself to the session moderator.

INCLUDE YOUR PODIUM PRESENTATION IN THE ISPOR RESEARCH DIGEST
(web database of over 6,000 research presentations)

We invite you to include your podium presentation in the ISPOR Research Digest, an electronic database of over 6000 research presentations presented at ISPOR Annual Meetings/Congress since 1998. To have your podium presentation included in the ISPOR Research Digest, send your presentation(s) as a presentation file (such as PowerPoint®) or a word document file (such as Word®), or as a pdf file to: presentations@ispor.org and complete the Poster/Podium Presentation Release Form found at www.ispor.org/present_relf.htm.
