VALUE OF ANTIVIRAL TREATMENTS FOR CHRONIC HEPATITIS B
Due to its high prevalence rate, chronic hepatitis B (CHB) is a public health concern in most countries of the Asia Pacific region. New antiviral treatments have emerged for CHB with different clinical profiles and drug acquisition costs. These new treatments have created issues relating to how to evaluate the value of different antivirals for CHB. This symposium aims to address these issues through review and discussion of current literature on the topic.
