HEALTH CARE DATA IN ASIA: COLLECTING, SHARING, AND USING
Real world health care data presents a significant opportunity for health economists and outcomes researchers to conduct research that supports health technology assessment and health policymaking. The availability, transparency and proper use of data would encourage decision-making based on real world evidence. In this session, speakers from Taiwan, South Korea, China Mainland, Thailand, Malaysia and Japan will present what and how data is collected, shared and used, and what mechanism can be adopted to improve data quality.
