The International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) has developed an electronic index (digest) of 325 databases from 45 countries.  The Digest consists of key attributes of health care databases.  It is grouped by country and allows both key word searches and searches by type of database.

The Digest is an invaluable source of information for health care outcomes researchers around the world.  This information is also very useful to health care decision makers, clinicians, and ultimately, patients.
