These pages use windows log in information, not your ISPOR log in information.
To log in, type the first part of your email address (the part before the @ symbol) as your user name. If that is more than 20 characters, only type the first 20 characters. Type your ISPOR member id as your password. If you are not a member, use the password provided by your ISPOR contact. Click "OK".

For example, if your email address is jdoe@somedomain.com and your ISPOR member id is 9999, you would use:
user name: jdoe
password: 9999

If your email address is mynameislongerthanthis@somedomain.com and your ISPOR member id is 9999, you would use:
user name: mynameislongerthanth
password: 9999

Note: Some browsers may require you to put the domain in front of your user name. If you can't log in with your user name and member id, try typing SOWA\ in front of you user name and try again:

user name: SOWA\jdoe
password: 9999
